Samples
At WPL Fab LLC, we take pride in ensuring every job runs smoothly. We can compare specifications for a project and provide samples if needed. We understand that each job is unique, and having a sample on hand can make a significant difference.
Testing and Quality Control
At WPL Fab LLC, we ensure the highest quality in our panels by meticulously managing every seam. Our certified team carefully monitors the welding process, checking temperature, speed, and any potential issues.
We conduct tests every four hours or per panel on each job. These samples undergo peel and shear tests according to the material specifications to guarantee the best quality before reaching your project. Each seam, machine, and technician's test results are documented and filed with the order, ensuring our product meets the highest standards.
Packaging
- Accordion folded: The material is folded in a way that resembles the pleats of an accordion, allowing for easy deployment and storage.
- Rolled onto a core: The material is rolled around a sturdy core to maintain its shape and prevent damage during transportation.
- Instructions are written on the panel: Clear instructions are provided on the exterior of the panel for quick reference and ease of deployment.
- Instructions are also placed within an envelope on the outside of the panel: An envelope containing detailed instructions is attached to the panel for additional guidance.
- Cushion fabric: Protective cushion fabric is wrapped around the panel to prevent any damage during handling and transportation.
- Shrink wrap: The entire roll is securely wrapped in shrink wrap to keep it intact and protected from external elements.
- Instructions are written on the shrink wrap: Clear instructions are provided on the shrink wrap of the panel for quick reference and ease of deployment.
- Instructions are also placed within an envelope on the shrink wrap of the panel: An envelope containing detailed instructions is attached to the outside of the shrink wrap for additional guidance.
Shipping
Freight is determined beforehand for each job. Once an order is ready to be shipped, the location and consignee are confirmed. They will be contacted to confirm receiving hours and provide an approximate date of arrival.
For flatbeds, we load our trucks with the cores facing out for ease of unloading with a stinger or fork. Each truck is carefully loaded to avoid damaging the material and ensure it is roadworthy.
If the load is shipped via LTL, the rolls will be placed on a pallet, banded down, and labeled on the outside.
